Dag 17/Day 17: Thomson Road
Het is zo leuk te zien dat een grote weg vlak naast een stuk groen kan liggen. En de bomen zijn hier zo veel groter dan in Nederland!
It’s so nice to see a busy road next to a green area. And the trees are so much bigger here than in Holland! 
Dag 18/Day 18: Ann Siang Hill
Vlak achter ons huis is nog 1 van de 4 heuvels over die in onze buurt was. Ann Sian Hill. Hier vandaan heb je mooi zicht op de achterkant van de shophouses in Amoy Street. De minder mooie kant dus.
Very close to where we live, is 1 of the 4 hills left that used to be in this neighborhood. Ann Siang Hill. From this spot, you have a good view on the back of the shophouses in Amoy Street. The less beautiful side. 
Dag 19/Day 19: Senso ristorante
Ook in Singapore bestaat de restaurantweek. Senso, in Clubstreet, is een van de vele Italiaanse restaurants die Singapore rijk is.
In Singapore they also know the restaurantweek. Senso, in Clubstreet, is one of many Italian restaurants Singapore has. 
Dag 20/Day 20: Chinatown
Een ander stukje Chinatown. Het stuk waar ik regelmatig langs loop naar de markt.
A different part of Chinatown. A street I pass quite often if I’m going to the wetmarket.
Dag 21/Day 21: Marina Bay
In maart staat de Marina Bay in het teken van iLight en voor de gelegenheid kun je eten bij de lichtshow. Rechts in beeld zie je een stukje skyline.
In March, the Marina Bay presents iLight. For the occasion, you can eat while watching the light show. On the right, you see a part of the skyline. 
Dag 22/Day 22: Steeg achter Tanjong Pagar Road
Leuke wenteltrappen aan de achterkant van de huizen.
Nice winding staircases at the back of the houses. 
Dag 23/Day 23: Changi airport
Ik zit weer klaar voor het vertrek naar Nederland. Ik hoop op een beetje droog weer en niet al te koud. Dat houdt de overgang van 34 graden en hoge luchtvochtigheid naar dat Hollandse klimaat een beetje te doen…
I’m ready to fly back to the Netherlands. I’m hoping for some dry weather and not to cold. That will keep the transition from 34 degrees and high humidity to that Dutch climate a bit more do-able…
